How Does Biz Pro Work?

This is a business professional networking program where you interact with other qualified professionals of all scopes of business’s and services. During this meeting everyone will have a chance to promote their business/profession so that all members can understand the nature of your business. This program will be a great resource to refer all business contacts, friends, and families to a top quality professional that you will know personally.

Every meeting there will be a few five minute power point programs and/or speaking presentations put together by Biz Pro members about their business/profession. This will help you understand more about their profession and how they can be of assistance to you and your contacts. These presentations will also inform everyone how we can help each other by sending excellent leads and referrals.

If you are not one of the selected five minute presenters on a particular day, you will still have the opportunity to speak about your business/profession for one minute. This will allow all of the Biz Pro members to get to know you and your services on a regular basis.

What Benefits will I receive from becoming a Biz Pro member? 

Immediately, you will receive a special discount from all other Biz Pro members that they offer you for becoming a Biz Pro member.

You will have a Biz Pro profile on our website (BizProSD.com). On the website you will have your own profile where potential customers/clients can view your website link, contact information, and a brief overview about your business or profession.  

You will have a printed monthly flyer with your logo, profile, and contact information that all Biz Pro members must keep visible in there office/facility. This will be another great marketing tool and informational product that Biz Pro members can supply to potential customers/clients interested in services.

As long as your Biz Pro membership is current you become a

7:45am Coffee/ Meet and Greet
8:00am-9:00am Biz Pro member meeting and presentations

Becoming a Biz Pro member:
Fill out an application and apply for a category that is available. Once Biz Pro has approved of your application, including proper business and professional credentials, then you will become an official Biz Pro member. Quarterly fees and application fees are described on the Biz Pro application.

Attendance:  
You or your representative must attend 50% of the bi-monthly Tuesday morning meetings.  In order for this group to be a great success for you, you need to play an active and committed role. You must sign yourself into the Biz Pro member login book at every meeting. Lack of attendance could lead to cancellation of your Biz Pro membership. 

Guests/Potential Biz Pro member:
If you have a potential/interested Biz Pro member, please invite them to a Biz Pro meetings for a free coffee and an introduction to Biz Pro. Make sure to sign you guest into the login sheet. In the beginning of the meeting teach guest will be introduced and required to give a one minute commercial about his or her business/ profession. If their application is processed and approved, they can become a Biz Pro member by the next Biz Pro meeting.

If there is two new members interested in the same position we will have a scheduled speak off at the beginning of a Biz Pro meeting and have a Biz Pro member vote at the following meeting to decide who will receive that category.

If you refer and introduce a new Biz Pro member you will receive a check for $25.00 the next quarter once your guest has officially become a Biz Pro member.  

What do we ask of you once you become a Biz Pro member?
To offer other Biz Pro members a special discount on your business/ professional service. This discount will give members another excellent benefit of becoming a Biz Pro member.(example 10% off or half off first session, what ever works best for your business/profession) This will also encourage members to do business with each other, and really build that great professional relationship within Biz Pro.

Referral Tracking:
Every quarter Biz Pro will issue a check in the amount of $45.00 to the Biz Pro member who gives the most qualified referrals for that quarter. Every meeting when Biz Pro goes around for one minute presentations you will put a referral slip in the bucket. These slips will be approved and credited to you.
